Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–14 business days depending on location and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us at info@evensaintclair.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Return shipping is $8.00 flat rate. Please contact us at info@evensaintclair.com to initiate a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you'd like to exchange your piece for a different style, please reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please email us at info@evensaintclair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

What materials are the JOY bags made from?
Each JOY bag is handcrafted from premium leather with gold hardware and a signature ESC lining. All materials are carefully selected for quality, durability, and beauty. Every bag is finished by hand in Miami.
Are the bags handmade?
Yes — every Evens Saint Clair piece is handcrafted. The JOY Collection is hand-finished in Miami with the same attention to detail and craftsmanship as the signature one-of-one pieces.
How do I care for my bag?
To preserve your bag's beauty, keep it away from direct sunlight and moisture. Store it in its dust bag when not in use. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, or harsh chemicals on the leather surface.
Is the JOY Collection limited edition?
The JOY Collection is produced in limited quantities. While it is not a single one-of-one piece like the Signature Collection, availability is limited. We recommend purchasing when you see your preferred style in stock.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all payment information. We never store your card details.
